APM INDUSTRIES LTD. set up its Textile Spinning Unit in 1979-80 at Bhiwadi, Distt. Alwar, Rajasthan located in NCR 55 Kms. away from New Delhi International Airport, 5 Kms. from N.H.8 on Dharuhera-Sohna Road, under the trade name of ORIENT SYNTEX for the manufacture of Synthetic Blended Spun Yarns. Late Shri R.L. Rajgarhia, as its founder Chairman and Shri Rajendra Kumar Rajgarhia as Promoter Director promoted the company. The President of India honored late Shri Ram Lal Rajgarhia with Padmashri award in 1969 for his outstanding contribution to Indian Industry & promotion of export of engineering goods. Now, Shri R.K. Rajagarhia, as Chairman, looks after the company. The management control of the Company is vested with the Board of Directors comprising of professionals & technocrats who are having vast experience. Shri Hari Ram Sharma, Managing Director of the Company and his team of Senior Executives & Technocrats in Production, Marketing and Research & Development etc.
The Plant: Textile spinning unit, Orient Syntex is having 55584 spindles capacity to produce approximately 18 million kg of yarn per annum. Orient Syntex is equipped with state-of–the-art Spinning machines, to meet international quality standards. There is a modern in-house Research & Development department equipped with latest testing equipments. The company is constantly upgrading its technology and machinery, thereby keeping pace with technological breakthroughs all over the textile world. We constantly endeavor to uphold quality at par with the finest in the world to compete with market.

Corporate Social Responsibility
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR Committee) has formulated and recommended to the Board, a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy (CSR Policy) indicating the activities to be undertaken by the Company, which has been approved by the Board.
